Pledges and Donations
We
need your help in raising funds for Adaptive Athletics
at the University. Ask family, friends and co-workers if
they can team up with you to provide individuals with
disabilities the opportunities to participate in team
sports. 100% of the funds raised go directly to the
athletes, providing adaptive equipment, travel, and
scholarships. Performance Footwear has generously
donated prizes to those individuals who raise $100 or
more in pledges.
Collect
• $300 in pledges receive a
$60 Gift Certificate.
• $200 in pledges receive a $40 Gift Certificate.
• $100 in pledges receive a $20 Gift Certificate.
Top Individual Fundraiser - $400 in US Airways travel
vouchers.

Pledged monies must be turned in by the day of the race
to be eligible for rewards and free registration. If
mailed in, please mail by 9/26/08. Pledges can be turned
in at packet pick up on October 4th at Performance
